The Tring Together Spring Fayre runs for two weeks from 22nd April to 6th May 2017 inclusive.
Its aim is to bring the local community together and promote well-being through healthy outdoor pursuits. This year the Fayre will include guided nature and heritage walks, free taster sessions from sports clubs as well as a Spring photographic competition in conjunction with the Natural History Museum Tring. The fortnight starts with a Launch Day in the centre of town, on Saturday 22nd April, featuring a petting zoo, music from the wonderful BURP, the photo competition launch and local charity stalls.
Over 30 activities will take place during the Fayre, culminating in the Friends of Tring Church Heritage Family Fun Day on Saturday 6th May in and around St Peter and St Paul Church, Tring.
Learn some valuable new skills this Spring. The Chilterns Conservation Board is running courses on charcoal burning, ancient woodland flora and managing ancient woodland for ground flora. Spend time in the beautiful Chilterns with subject experts to master traditional skills or gain new knowledge.
