Cllr Alison Balfour-Lynn is Vice Chairman of Offley Parish Council and joined the Conservation Board in the summer of 2016. She has strong interests in rights of way and Parish Play Areas. She also instigated the Offley Community Library in the local pub. She is Regional Access & Bridleways Officer for the British Horse Society's Eastern Region and runs her own B&B near Lilley.
