Wycombe Heritage and Arts Trust (WHAT) is a new charity set up in January 2014 to take over the management of Wycombe Museum which has been run by Wycombe District Council for many years. The Trustees have an exciting vision to develop wider cultural and learning experiences, and to provide fascinating programmes for the benefit of local communities.
The Trustees are working towards a launch of the museum under WHAT’s management in November 2015. They want to ensure an enthusiastic and committed governing body and are looking to appoint additional trustees with particular focus on fundraising, HR and administrative expertise.
Ideal candidates will also have a well-developed interest in local history, heritage and arts and the time and energy to commit to these demanding roles.

Closing date for applications – 21st February 2015. Shortlisting will take place the following week and it is expected that interviews will be held in the week commencing 2nd March.
