'Bucks Buzzing' is a new campaign that has just been launched in Buckinghamshire to help the insect pollinators that are so important to agriculture, food production and wildlife.
The campaign wants to get everyone involved in helping to reverse the decline of insects like bees, butterflies and moths and is offering free packets of wildflower seeds to anyone that signs up.
Bucks Buzzing is an initiative of the Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes Natural Environment Partnership, which works to promote the value and benefits of the local natural environment and make sure they are fully included in strategies for economic growth, and improved health and well-being of the population.
As well as offering free seeds the campaign is running an awards scheme to recognise people and organisations that help pollinators. Whether you have a window box full of flowers that bees love or you're a landowner devoting acres to wildflowers you could be eligible.

The Chilterns Conservation Board along with other local conservation organisations, councils and businesses is supporting the campaign.
