At last it is the turn of the Chilterns to host the Olympic Torch on its relay around the country. Here are the details of the Chilterns towns and villages it is visiting:
Monday 9th July
The Torch is travelling through Dunstable, Aylesbury and Stoke Mandeville:
7.43am Church St, Dunstable
11.15am Buckingham Road, Aylesbury
11.54am Wendover Road, Stoke Mandeville
2.17pm High Street, Waddesdon
Tuesday 10th July
The Torch is travelling from Oxford to Wallingford, Nettlebed, Henley-on-Thames and then on to Reading:
8.25am Glyn Road Wallingford
8.43am The Street Crowmarsh Gifford
8.57am Port Hill Nettlebed
9.09am Fair Mile Henley then through the centre of Henley to the River and Rowing Museum
9.37am by boat on Thames through Henley from River and Rowing Museum to Leander Club
Roads will be closed in these places at least 30 minutes before the Torch passes through. If you want to turn out and see the Torch then get there early as it could be busy.
